Fred Nichols is the founder of Nichols Management, Inc. (NMI). Fred has been an active member of the construction industry since 1979. He spent his initial years in the business working for a local general contractor. In 1991, Fred formed Nichols Contracting; Inc. NCI has celebrated over 23 years of client commitment and service to the community. Fred quickly recognized that once a project was complete, the properties were not maintained with the same level of expertise as employed for creation. Therefore, NMI was formed to continue the paradigms used by NCI. Fred is not only committed to providing his management clients with not only top notch real estate services, he is dedicated to community commercial and resident synergy that builds vibrant strong trusted communities.
